New Staff Application Form

This form is for new applicants only including: Operations Managers, Directors, Department Heads, Counselors, and CITs.

This form is not for Volunteers. Volunteers must complete our Volunteer Prep Course in order to be considered for a position. Volunteers returning from last year should complete our Returning Staff Application.
