Transparency in Payment Processing

This is not a new policy, but in the spirit of full transparency, we are providing a written record below.

At Camps Canada, we are committed to reducing waste, eliminating inefficiencies, and making our payment process as simple and seamless as possible.

Secure Payment Processing

When you click the “Submit” button on the payment processing page within our camp registration system, you authorize Campbrain – our secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant camp management software – to process your payment using the credit card information you provide.

By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your credit card information will be securely stored on Campbrain’s servers for future transactions, including (but not limited to) monthly payment installments.
Any refunds will be issued to the same credit card on file.

Our staff does not have access to your full credit card details. For security, card numbers are truncated (e.g. 4520 …. 6758), and CVV codes are never stored. Additionally, there is no way to export credit card information from our system—it can only be used to process payments within our secure camp management system, which maintains an indelible transaction record.

Disputes & Refunds

No matter what happens, we’ll make it right!

We routinely review transactions for accuracy and will contact you if we detect any issues. If you notice a discrepancy, please reach out to us immediately so we can investigate. If a refund is required, we will promptly issue it to the card on file.
