Change Request
Rules for Changing your registration
- We reserve the right to change or update our change rules at any time.
- A change request is required to change your child’s camp dates, locations, or the type of specialty camp.
- Change Requests are only processed if there is a space available in the “new camp” you desire. You should check availability online BEFORE requesting a change. If there is no space available for you to make the change, you can submit a “Cancellation Request” instead. There may be fees involved.
- We do not accept change requests inside 14 days before the start of your camp start date.
- Please complete a separate change form for each change request (including multiple weeks and/or multiple campers).
- Please allow 3 business days for changes to be made. We will contact you by email once your change is complete.
- Fees for Change Requests will be charged to your credit card on file.
- Please note the important dates below as they relate to your Change Request.
